• Excellent welcome from Khun Kae: informative about sandbox related matters and hotel information; courteous; friendly

All positive really. Only weak point, (which is also a positive one actually), is that being isolated, and therefore very nicely quiet, you need transportation. So, this was not a problem as I rented a car.

• The resort and staff were the best. Everyone was friendly and helpful, always going beyond expectations.

• The Sandbox process is a bit cumbersome to work through, but in the end is well worth it. MUCH better than ASQ and room confinement.

I have done both the ASQ quarantine and now the Phuket Sandbox. I would not do the ASQ again. I am glad to see the restrictions getting better. If you come to Phuket....stay at Saii Laguna Phuket! You will be glad you did.

I recommend this hotel to everybody for the situation just two steps to the beach, the service which is absolutely perfect and the rooms are clean with space and everything you need inside
