सकारात्मक

Transport and pcr testing worked just fine.
My rom was big, quiet and clean.
The staff was polite.

नकारा मक

There was no minibar in the room.
The hotel dont seem to have any roomservice.
The staff can not help customers to find a taxi when leaving.

The hotel looks good and it was not crowded. I got a big, modern and clean room with a balcony and good working wifi. The area is nice and quiet, apx 200 meters from the beach. Many small bars and restaurants right outside. My only negative comment would be that the staff cant help customers to transport. I left the hotel by foot at 0730 in the morning, carrying a 20 kg suitcase and looking for a taxi along the road.

All of Arrangement were very good

When we did PCR TEST in Thailand on 6th Apr 2022, I felt of the lack of attention... because there was wrong passport no in the result.

Anyway, I felt comfortable and cozy during Thailand Trip, but Test & Go needs to be more improved for procedure.
