We are pleased with the overall service. It went unproblematic from A to B. The minivan used to transfer us from the airport to the hotel was good, the driver was polite. The hotel's location in Sukhumvit is central. The room is standard BUT we both have our own bedroom and bath with an joint living room and a kitchen. The PCR test on Day 1 was done within the scheduled time frame. The test result came back quicker than we expected but that was nothing to complain about. And we could even ask the hotel to forward our ATK self test result to a concerning official party because doing that via Mor Chana App did not work. So, yes, consider this hotel to be one of your choices if Test & Go and Thailand Pass regulations for entering Thailand are still required. Stay healthy and safe!

• Test was taken at night. Result by early the next morning. Room spacious. Good airport pickup service.

• Poor communication, especially on the Day 5-7 PCR test changes. Food taste was very poor. No fruit.

Very average, but we did not have a choice, there was limited supply and this was the cheapest option

I think is all outdated. When I read Royal I think of luxury. No way, cupboards and shower could have a redone. The pool is more like a dirty fishpond. Clean it up guys!!!

Alles i.O. Nach der Buchung sofortige Bestätigung mit genauer Beschreibung was zu tun ist. Sehr gute Kommunikation.

• Arrival at hotel disorganized. I was given the wrong room but they couldn't find for the test. Requested non smoking room. Room posted non smoking. Everything full of smoke. I could barely breathe. No food choices.. you ate (if you could) what was delivered. Lunch was barely edible. Dinner and breakfast were horrible.

Don't stay. Old facilities. Paint peeling off of building. Don't stay. Really don't stay here at all.

We spend in this hotel 10 days. Food, room, services all is fine. Of course every time you can find some small things but in reality we spend in this hotel 10 comfortable days with perfect services. Thanks for your care about us.

• ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ได้ยินเพื่อนข้างห้องเสียงดังทุกคน นอนหลับไม่สนิทเกิดการระแรง แถมมาเคาะห้องผิด(ห้องติดกันเป็นแขกคนจีนมาเคาะห้องหาเพื่อนแต่ผิดห้อง) มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ตอนกลางคืนทุกวัน(ที่จองคือไม่สูบบุหรี่ค่ะ)

พักทีนี่เสียสุขภาพมาก นอนไม่ค่อยหลับ มีเสียงรบกวนทุกวันและได้กลิ่นบุหรี่จากคนข้างห้องด้วยค่ะ เคยแจ้งว่าแขกคนจีนเค้ามาเคาะห้อง ทำให้ไม่รู้สึกปลอดภัย แต่ทางโรงแรมแค่บอกว่าให้ล้อคห้องดีๆ แล้วจะให้ คนเดินยามบ่อยขึ้น.😓😓 เป็นการแก้ไขแบบเอ่อ ? ไม่รู้จะพูดยังไงเลยค่ะ เราเป็นผู้หญิงคนเดียวมานอนแบบนี้มันไม่ปลอดภัยอยู่แล้วยังต้องระวังตัวเรื่องคนรอบข้างเครียดเลยค่ะ

Ces 14 nuits se sont déroulées très rapidement. C'est probablement aussi dû à l'élégant 95 m². Assez d'espace pour nous (nous étions trois) pour garder notre intimité. 2 chambres chacune avec une salle de bain une cuisine avec micro-ondes et réfrigérateur même une machine à laver était là. Pas d'ennui car nous avions un ordinateur et un iPad avec nous. J'ai pu travailler un peu et mes deux mignonnes passaient le temps ailleurs. L'hôtel devient vieux et délabré. Mais ce n'était pas si important pour moi parce que l'accent était mis sur la taille. Et il existe peu d'alternatives abordables. Le personnel est rapidement sur place et a également répondu à nos demandes particulières. Il faut aimer trois tests Covid :-) mais cela fait partie du plan. Dans l'ensemble, parfaitement bien pour notre objectif.

le personnel est le meilleur ils m'ont donné des fruits et du yogourt supplémentaires ils m'ont donné des bouteilles d'eau gratuites ils m'ont donné tout ce que je voulais vraiment

• Suffisamment d'espace pour laisser respirer tout le monde. Playstation était une excellente idée. Le service était super.

• Là, nous n'avons pas de fleurs, donc ça a l'air très triste.

Le sol du trou a été enveloppé, vous pouvez donc tomber par-dessus les boucles. Je pense que cela doit être dû à Corona.

Vous pouvez choisir parmi 3 repas par repas et avec une carte, tout le reste Costa en sus.
