Older hotel- needs some renovation work

Stay was comfortable- but older hotel - could use some renovation. Overall staff was very polite and friendly. Covid testing was immediately there.

1.5 Deluxe Twin Room

Please change this system and safe the tourism in Thailand. Expensive, bad service and horrible food. The less worth hotel in my life.

Towels are smelly.
Shower are poor condition.
There are few steps to get to lift.
Waited for more than hour to get tranfer from airport. No hotel's vehicle.
Breakfast was small portion.

Not really 3 stars hotel. Electric sockets are not secure. Shower need to be serviced. Bed sheet and towels need more cleaning

After a 30 hour trip, I was left waiting at the airport for an hour, what happened?

You must leave exactly in 24 hours, be it 12.30 AM or otherwise. after 25 hours the desk clerk spent a few minutes trying to decide how much extra to charge me. In the end she let me go, but it was disconcerting with the language barrier.
