The hotel staffs and nurse are very polite and patient with customer. I had my flight canceled for 2 times so I needed new confirmation letters to fill up new Thailand passes, they were really helpful, hotel didn’t charge me any extra fee and the staffs responded all the time to my messages (in “Line app” not in facebook or email). The price is affordable and the room looks very clean and new just like in the pictures. It was a good experience for my whole stay at Hotel M2 De Bangkok.
